Welcome, and thank you for choosing InhaleH2. 

⚠️ Important: Before First Use: Please allow your InhaleH2 unit to warm up for at least 8 hours at room temperature before first use. Shipping in cold temperatures can lead to freezing of the PEM (electrolyzer) and water lines. Attempting to run the unit before it warms up can cause serious damage to internal components.

  • Accessories (included in side compartment of machine as shown below)

    1. Connector Hose

    2. Silicone Face Mask

    3. Silicone Nose Mask

    4. Power Cable

    5. Mask Valve (with adjustable head strap)

    6. Allen Key

    7. Water Dropper

    8. Breather Bag



1. Connect Breather Bag & Mask

  • Remove rubber bands from the breather bag

  • Attach breather bag to the down tube (if not already connected)

  • Connect hose → mask valve → silicone face mask

2. Fill the Water Tank

  • Open the tank lid

  • Remove the absorption pad

  • Fill with distilled water only, up to the MAX line

3. Power On 

  • Confirm correct voltage on the label

  • Plug in the power cable

  • Switch power ON

  • Allow the smart knob to boot

  • Connect to Wi-Fi (optional, but strongly recommended for firmware updates)

4. Start a Session 

  • Turn the knob to select concentration and duration

  • Press PLAY

  • Wait ~10 seconds for the bag to partially inflate

  • Put on the mask (face or nose), secure head straps, and breathe normally

5. End Session

  • The session will end automatically when the timer completes or Press Pause

6. If there is air in the line - Time Stamp
